Return Window

Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless item/s are faulty upon you receiving the item/s.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after the returned item arrives back at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition with all tags attached

• In original packaging where possible

EU Customer Rights

EU customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
